The tissues and cell types can be ordered by organ, cell type or alphabetically. If ordered by organ, the tissues are presented in groups according to functional features. If ordered by cell type, the cells are presented in groups related to origin.
This score describes the level of antibody staining observed in the annotated cell types as not detected (n), low (l), medium (m) or high (h). It is based on the staining intensity and fraction of stained cells. The images and annotations can be accessed by clicking on the tissue name or score bar. Annotated protein expressioni
This score describes a knowledge-based best estimate of the protein expression in the annotated cell types as not detected (n), low (l), medium (m) or high (h). It is a result of stringent evaluation of immunohistochemical staining pattern, RNA data from internal and external sources and available protein/gene characterization data. HPA051783
Most of the normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Strong staining was observed in cells in seminiferus ducts, seminal vesicle, neuronal cells, bronchus and cardiac myocytes. The lung, hepatocytes, placenta, breast, prostate, mesenchymal cells and glial cells were negative.

Most normal tissues showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. Exocrine pancreas displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Islets of Langerhans, cells in glomeruli, skin, cerebellum, smooth muscle,lymphoid tissues and most mesenchymal cells were negative.

Most normal tissues displayed weak to moderate cytoplasmic positivity. Neuronal cells were strongly stained. Strong nuclear and cytoplasmic positivity was displayed in heart myocytes. Lung, liver, skin, breast, spleen, mesenchymal cells and smooth muscle cells were negative.
CAB004330
Cells in CNS, glandular cells in gastrointestinal tract, kidney, urinary and gall bladder, hepatocytes and fallopian tube showed moderate to strong granular cytoplasmic positivity. Remaining normal cells were weakly stained or negative.
