Broad nuclear positivity in subsets of neurons mainly in neocortical areas. Also, a subset of neurons exhibits strong nuclear immunoreactivity in the border of glomerular layer and the external plexiform layer. Cerebellar Purkinje cells and their dendrites in the molecular layer exhibit moderate nuclear and cytoplasmic immunoreactivity.
Basal ganglia, thalamus, hippocampus or medulla/pons exhibit only minimal- or no staining.
Plexus choroideus cells exhibits moderate nuclear staining.
Positive cells and structuresi
Manually selected location of the protein positivity, observed by immunofluorescence staining in mouse brain.
